How do I apply to be a student?

How much does registration cost?
Registration is a R350 once off fee.
How does the payment structure work?
Each credit costs R150. Based on how many credits each subject is worth, will determine the cost per subject. 
How can I pay for my fees?

What is your refund policy?
  1. A withdrawal form) obtainable on request) must be signed by the Dean and Registrar before official withdrawal for any student can be completed.
  2. Cancellation of the student’s enrolment or term registration must be submitted in writing to the ICBC office.
  3. Cancellation received and acknowledged before the first week 100%, second week 50%, third week 25%.
Can I register for the next year if I have fees outstanding?
No, we require previous outstanding fees to be settled before re-admission.
Are there any penalties for outstanding fees?
We reserve the right to withhold your proof of qualification until all outstanding fees have been paid.
When must by Ministry Card be handed in?
At the end of October.
What subjects do you need to complete for Masters?

When do classes take place?
There are in person classes at the main campus, Good Hope Christina Centre in Ottery, every Tuesday and Wednesday from 18:30pm – 20:30pm.
